Compendial Methods For Water Analyses: One-Click Comprehensive Water Analysis & Ionic Balance
12/11/2020 3:00 PM - 12/11/2020 4:00 PM

Water analysis matters! It is critical to monitor the quality of water to ensure that it is safe for consumption and fit for other purposes. The surveillance of drinking water is invariably guided by national standards but it is also common practice to reference it to international standards like those of WHO, EPA, APHA, etc. The assessment of water in its natural environment adds another dimension to indicate the overall health of the natural ecosystem.

As water is a limited resource that has to be re-cycled, spent water will need to go through successive treatments before it can be released to the environment. It is therefore essential to be able to assess such water in a comprehensive manner to ensure that the treatment process is effective.

To meet these objectives, Metrohm & Merck will host this webinar to cover the compendial testing methods for water analyses. We will also showcase the one-click comprehensive water analysis and ionic balance system.

Join us in the webinar on 12th November 2020, Thursday, 3:00 - 4:00pm (Singapore time)

This Webinar will cover

  • Meters for water parameter measurements
  • International titration methods
  • IC science and its practice for water analysis
  • Analysis of carcinogens in water
  • Techniques and tools in sample preparation
  • Specialty grades of titrants, eluents & certified reference materials (CRM`s) from Merck
